Our main area of business is Merseyside, Liverpool, Manchester, Wirral, Chester and North Wales, although we have experience nationwide. The main core business is Commercial Agency for the letting and selling of retail, leisure, industrial and offices along with land and building sites in City centres, and land for small to medium housing and retirement living sites.

We handle sites with and without planning permissions and carry out development appraisals and feasibility reports in conjunction with other professional consultants, including planners, architects and Quantity surveyors.

Our aim is to maximise the clients land or property assets by utilising a marketing strategy based upon our expertise of the market.

The property market reacts and changes to a number of parameters including local and global economies, supply and demand and government regulations that impact on land and property.

Our market knowledge and expertise provides an invaluable foresight to act in the best interest of its clients in conjunction with analysing comparable evidence to determine recommendations to maximise sales and lettings of clients assets.

Jonathan has gained over 30 years of working experience in the property market originally in the 1980’s in local/regional estate agency, then working at senior level for regional and national Chartered Surveying companies in leading UK Cities including Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool and the North Wales coast.

Over the last 15 years he has created and led a dynamic award winning successful team and Department in the City of Liverpool, but now ready for a new challenge.

Jonathan is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors having studied at John Moores University in Liverpool gaining a BSc Honours.

Jonathan has strong communicational, proven, personable skills and expertise in all aspects of property and land negotiations, creating marketing strategies bespoke to each clients property needs.

My ethos is to work hard, be committed and driven, benefiting from my vast property intelligence.

Ability to create and manage solutions throughout the disposal process working closely with clients and other professionals, including solicitors, to ensure transactions progress to completion.

I have acted and continue to work with high wealth individuals, local, regional and national property companies and developers, Charities, Churches, Institutional landlords, investment and corporate companies and High street Retailers and therefore well placed to act for a diverse client base.

I have achieved consistent results in letting and the sales of property and land assets over £100m across the North West in the last 5 years.
